[2009-10-15] Imma Subirats recognized specialist in Information and Knowledge Management from Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) joined the list of Information Science professionals who will share their knowledge and experience in the RIBDA to develop next days in Lima city.

Imma Subirats coordinates OpenArchive @ FAO project, which has as main objective the integration of the repository library catalog from FAO. Additionally Subirats actively involved in promoting Open Access in Agriculture and Related Sciences, notably through CIARD network. She also co-founder of E-LIS, E-prints in Library and Information Science, the largest open file in Library and Information Science which is currently the Executive Coordinator.
